Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Opened pet food, treats, and consumable items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@furryfriendlysupply.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
